Hilton Garden Inn Lancaster

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights so we could attend our nephew's wedding. The hotel was in a great location. There was easy accessibility to shopping, hair salons, restaurants.

Adjoining rooms are noise-proof when doors are closed. Front desk and housekeeping staff are extremely friendly. Rooms show a tiny bit of wear, but no major issues. Multiple outlets attached to bedside table, making it easy to charge all devices.

Nice hotel and would stay here again. Alan at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly! He game me some recommendations on local spots, helped me get my room near an entrance as I have limited mobility. Management, if you reading this, Alan deserves a raise! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was great and kept the room clean with plenty of fresh towels. The bathroom was very small. I tried to use the pool but each time I went, it was full of children running around and jumping in. It would have been nice if they had adult only hours like other Hiltons where I've stayed. Overall, nice hotel and will stay here again!

Front Desk Staff on all three shifts were amazing!! Room was clean and the shower was much needed. Excellent pressure and water gets extremely hot ( which was a plus for me). Awesome location. I didn't care for the bed too much, as it was hard and left me waking up with back pain, but we enjoyed everything else. I would not recommend the breakfast. We paid $15 a head for hard food and nothing was hot. The young gentleman actually fixing our plates was personable, but the host and waitress were rude to him. I didn't like how they talked to him in front of guests. Very unprofessional.

Location was great - quiet & nice area. This is one of the few hotels where I didn’t hear anyone in the hallway or adjacent rooms! So that was wonderful. The room itself is spacious and comfortable. Only real issue we ran into was inconsistent WiFi connection — just used my data toward the end. The hotel and room could use an update but that’s not a dealbreaker in anyway. Our stay was expensive but compared to other hotels with similar reviews, garden inn was the best value. Would come back!

It was a wonderful stay! This place is not the "budget-friendliest" place out there, but it was one of the very few with the actual working restaurant, and let me tell you... We didn't even want to go anywhere else - the food was just SO good. Plus the service... Special props to our 4-day waitress Shana - her friendliness, attention to detail, and just good humor - what a sweet experience. All staff was exceptional, and the conditions were great! Thanks to all!!!

I love this hotel. It's always clean, the staff is beyond accommodating and the dining crew goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy. Whenever this is a possibility this is where we will stay while in Lancaster

Checked in/out was quick. Our second floor courtyard view king bed room was quiet, clean and spacious. But it looked quite outdated. There’s no deposit safe box in the room. Bottle water was $3/each for guests without valued membership. But there’s a filtration fountain on the hallway by the cafeteria. We dipped in the hot tub for a while. Lots of dead skins floating on the water. So I can’t say it’s clean enough.
